Banamex

With this feature, you can request Banamex Movil. Follow the next steps:

1. Click the My products link.
2. Choose Banamex Movil.
3. Click on the “Expand” button to review the product’s fees and features.
4. Click the Subscribe link. Enter the information requested.
5. Read and accept the product’s terms and conditions. Here, you can print the clauses.
6. Verify on the screen that the data is correct and enter the dynamic key generated by your Banamex NetKey.
7. The screen will show detailed information of the applied request.

Remember:

• Rejected Operation: In case of error a message will be displayed with the name of the operation, description and possible solution to the problem.

Buttons:

• “Expand”: Displays the requested data to make each operation.
• “Continue”: Displays the next screen.
• “Return”: Returns to the previous screen.
• “Accept”: Continues with the operation.
• “Print”: Allows you to get a printed copy of the results displayed on the screen.
• “Help”: Gives you specific assistance.
• “Exit”: Ends the session.
