With Online Sign Up, you can request a Perfiles Account. Follow the next steps:

1. Click on the link My products.
2. Choose Perfiles Account.
3. Click “Expand” to review the product’s fees and features.
4. Click on the Subscribe link. Enter the information requested.
5. Read and accept the product’s terms and conditions. Here you can print the clauses.
6. Verify on the screen that the data is correct.
7. Enter the dynamic key generated by your Banamex NetKey. The response screen will display the details of your request.

Remember:

• Rejected Operation: In case of error a message will be displayed with the name of the operation, description and possible solution to the problem

Buttons:

• “Expand”: Displays the requested data to make each operation.
• “Continue”: Displays the next screen.
• “Return”: Returns to the previous screen.
• “Accept”: Continues with the operation.
• “Print”: Allows you to get a printed copy of the results displayed on the screen.
• “Help”: Gives you specific assistance.
• “Exit”: Ends the session.
