This option allows you to change the PIN (Personal Identification Number) used in ATM machines for any Credit or Debit Card.
Follow the next steps:
- Choose the card for which the PIN will be changed.
- Enter the new PIN for the chosen card.
- In the field Confirmation, re-enter the new PIN.
- Enter the dynamic key generated by your Banamex NetKey.
- The response screen displays that your card’s PIN was changed.
Remember:
- If you don´t remember your card’s PIN, ask your Account Executive for a new one.
- Rejected Operation: In case of error a message will be displayed with the name of the operation, description and possible solution to the problem.
Buttons:
- “Continue”: Displays the next screen.
- “Print”: Allows you to get a printed copy of the results displayed on the screen.
- “Help”: Gives you specific assistance.
- “Exit”: Ends the session.
