Banamex Notifications

With this service you can qualify the users to receive notifications via e-mail or mobile phone of the withdrawals/deposits of your own accounts; registry/cancellations or modifications of incorporated accounts; faculty registries; block/unblock of codes; and digital signature change.

Follow these steps to activate the notification:

  1. Choose the representative that you want to register, delete or modify.
  2. Click “Activate/Delete/Modify”.
  3. Enter an e-mail 1.
  4. Enter an e-mail 2.
  5. Enter the mobile phone (ten digits).
  6. Click “Next”.
  7. Choose the account from which you want to receive notifications or choose All accounts.
  8. Choose or disable the delivery means for the notifications of each one of the groups.
  9. Click “Continue”.
  10. Verify the information and click “Accept”, the operation will be applied.

Notes:

  • The mobile phone service is only available for TELCEL users.
  • This page displays the representatives registered in the online banking, except those cancelled.
  • The status Not subscribed means that the representative currently does not receive any kinds of notification.
  • When a representative receives at least one notification, his/her status is Subscribed.
