New File

This page allows you to create a new file so you can receive deposits and payments for your services to your clients.

Follow these steps:

  1. Choose New File.
  2. Enter the name of the file.
  3. Click “Continue”.
  4. Choose the date and the sequential; add the description.
  5. Choose the deposit account.
  6. Click “Continue”.
  7. Enter the information requested for the collection registry.
  8. Click “Save” to save the information, If you want you can add new registries. To finish click “End”.
  9. If you finish entering the payments click “Continue”.
  10. To confirm the operation click “Accept”.
  11. Enter the dynamic key and click “Continue”.

Notes:

  • If you want to modify the information of a file or a payment, click “Modify” or click the Modify link and update the information you want.
  • To delete collections from the file, choose them in the column and click “Delete”
  • Click “Add Collections” to add to the file a new collection.

Buttons:

  • “Filter”: Searchs the information according to the requested criteria.
  • “Undo filter”: Disables an active filter and displays the information requested.
  • “Print”: Allows you to get a hard copy of the results displayed in the screen.
  • “Help”: Gives you specific aid.
