This page allows you to open or increase, as well as cancel or decrease, your fix term investment (IOU, Cedes and membership IOU), with charge to the assigned collection account (Checking account or Master account), incorporated to the online banking service.

Follow these steps:

Deposit:

1. Choose the withdrawal account and the investment contract.
2. Enter the investment data and click “Continue”.
3. If you already have an account with investments, enter the number of the investment or choose Invest in a new term”, enter the investments information and click “Continue”.
4. Choose any other option and enter the information requested.
5. Click “Continue”.
6. Verify the information and click “Accept”, the operation will be applied.

Withdrawal:

1. Choose the withdrawal account.
2. Enter the investment number.
3. Choose the deposit account.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
5. Choose any other option and enter the information requested.
6. Click “Continue”.
7. Verify the information and click “Accept”, the operation will be applied.

Notes:

• If you don´t know the investment number, click See investment numbers and choose one from the list.
• You can only increase your fix term investment the maturity day; when the investment is being increased you can modify the term and the maturity instructions.
• Remember that you can have in the same contract one or more fix term investments with different amounts and terms, they can be in IOUs or CEDES.
• Remember that you can only use your collection account or your accounts incorporated to the Online Banking (Master accounts, checking account, credit and debit card) to make withdrawals or deposit.
• Remember that the current investment rate is assigned according to the term and the amount invested.
• Remember to specify the opening amount, or increment of your investment.
• The Hours to open or increase a fix term investment are from 8:00 to 20:00 hours; and the operations will be applied the same day. If the investment is made during the weekend the transaction will be apply the next working day.
• Remember that joint operations require a second digital signature, according to the faculties assigned in the representatives’ registration.
